Iron series deoxidizer, also known as free oxygen absorber, free oxygen remover and fresh pac. When the deoxidizer seal in the same packing with food, deoxidizer can absorb the free oxygen within the package and dissolved oxygen by certain chemical reactions or other function, so that it can prevent the damage of food from oxidation, growth of micro-organism and pests. It effectively keep fresh of food, prolong the guarantee period.
Why we need deoxidizer?
Food spoilage is due to food oxidation and mold, bacteria, yeast and other microbial and insect breeding. Food oxidation is caused by oxygen, and microbial and insect breeding is also closely related to oxygen. Feature:

How to use?
1, While used, put the deoxidizer together with the fresh food (items) into the composite bag (packaging materials) of low oxygen permeability, then heat-sealed.
2, Deoxidizer has type 20#, 30#, 50#, 100#, etc of different oxygen absorbing content to accommodate different sizes of packaging.
3, Selecting package materials with the oxygen permeability rate of less than 20ml / m2. 24h. 25 ºC, such as KOP / PE, KPET / PE composite film bags, plastic cans, glass jars, cans.
4, Pay attention to sealing strength and sealing quality, do not make leaks.
5, After opening the package, use them up within 1 to 2 hours and sealed the goods, if not used up, please promptly discharge the air in the original bag then re-seal it to avoid efficacy loss.
6, Do not microwave, do not eat.
7, Deoxidation preservation is suitable for greasy and oily food, should not be used for fresh products with big water content.
8, For the vacuum deoxidation packaging, fresh products should be preserved at low temperatures. The appropriate temperature of deoxidizer is generally 5-40 ºC, lower than -5 ºC, deoxidation preservation effect will be declined.
