Product introduction:
Its high absorption rate of 300% with package cannot be compared by similar products on the market.The traditional container desiccant's moisture absorption capacity is about 150%. ABSORB DRY 1 desiccant uses food-grade materials to break the effect of traditional desiccant on the pressure of atmospheric water vapor. It forms a super-absorbent permeable layer on surface of materials, which greatly enhances its adsorption capacity.
Product's 6 core technologies:
- Super high absorption rate: 300% of its weight (with package while testing), 400% of its weight (without package while testing).
- No water releasing: ABSORB DRY 1 desiccant is predatory chemical hygroscopic, some of the absorbed water is firmly locked in the form of crystal water, so that a stable and dry environment can be maintained.
- All day working: It can work as usual under the conditions of -10 ºC -80 ºC , RH 10%-99%.
- Efficient and durable: Ultra-fast speed of moisture absorbing can make the ambient humidity quickly drops to the ideal humidity, large amount of moisture absorption (maximum moisture absorption rate of more than 300% of its self weight, depending on the species.) can ensure the persistence of moisture absorption, sustainable at room temperature and humidity for 60-90 days.
- More economical: the effect is 10 times more than silica gel desiccant (due to variety), significantly reducing costs and resource consumption.
- Environmentally friendly: The raw materials used are non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free food grade materials. This product does not contain dimethyl fumarate and cobalt chloride, 100% biodegradable, in full compliance with the EU RoHS, REACH and other standards.
